Mr. Evan Nicholson
Chief Executive Officer. (CEO)
Mr. Evan Nicholson has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Varnitros Capital for over a year, leading the company through a period of significant international expansion. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to approximately 500 employees and established offices in key global locations, including the UK, Italy, and several Nordic countries. Today, Varnitros Capital manages a portfolio of over 220 institutional investors, with assets under management totaling approximately EUR 21 billion.
Catherine Bryan
Chief Financial Officer. (CFO)
Catherine Bryan joined Varnitros Capital as Chief Financial Officer following a thorough selection process by the founders. A graduate in business management, she brings extensive experience as a CFO within the property sector, having held similar roles at various firms. Catherine also has a strong background in international finance and capital markets, and previously oversaw finance and capital market operations for listed European property companies under Fortress Investment Group in London.
Ann Mylander
Senior Managing Director
Ann Coffey Mylander serves as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Fund Management at Varnitros Capital. Before joining the firm, she led Rocksprings Management, overseeing both strategic direction and daily operations, as well as chairing its Investment Committees. With a 22-year background in real estate investment banking, Ann previously held the role of EMEA Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers prior to her move to Rockspring in 2009.
Steven Wojsik
Analyst
Steven began his career as a bank clerk in a small branch, but his early optimism soon turned to disillusionment as he gained insight into the inner workings of the banking system. Determined to take a different path, he left the traditional financial sector and shifted his focus to trading. It was Steven who strongly advocated for investing in Artificial Intelligence – an initiative that no one anticipated would elevate the company to an entirely new level.
Andrew Keen
Head Broker
Andrew Keen, a former trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), began his journey as a clerk and quickly advanced to become a floor trader within just nine months. Renowned as one of the fastest traders in the world, he gained notable success during the 2007–2008 Financial Crisis, earning \$5 million at its peak. Andrew later channeled his expertise into creating one of the first live, online trading rooms, where he shares the strategies that fueled his success. His dedication to investor education and personal engagement has earned him a loyal following among traders worldwide.
Alexa Marilyn
Account Department
Alexa Marilyn is an integral part of the Varnitros Capital team, serving within the Accounts Department where she oversees key financial transactions tied to the company’s operations. With a degree in business management and a solid background in the property industry, she brings both expertise and efficiency to her role. Her previous experience in similar positions, coupled with a strong foundation in international finance and capital markets, makes her a valuable asset to the firm.
